⚖️ Lasting Power of Attorney

Planning ahead can make things much easier if the person you care for later becomes unable to make their own decisions.

There are two main types of Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA):

Health & Welfare LPA: Allows someone to make decisions about matters such as care, medical treatment and where the person lives if they lose the ability to make those decisions themselves.

Property & Financial Affairs LPA: Allows someone to deal with finances and property, such as bank accounts, bills, benefits and property.
